Three Principles. One Purpose.

At Project Wild, we believe that meaningful change begins when we are willing to look beyond the obvious, question what we think we know, and listen to the stories that are too often left untold.
Our world is complicated. Conservation is rarely black and white. Human experiences cannot always be neatly categorised. And sometimes, the most important conversations are the ones we find hardest to have.
Project Wild exists to explore these complexities with curiosity, compassion, and an open mind.
Everything we do is guided by three interconnected pillars:
Protect Nature. Tell Stories. Help People Heal.
Together, they reflect our belief that a better world begins with understanding—understanding the natural world, the experiences of others, and the difficult questions that challenge our assumptions.
Protect Nature
To protect the natural world, we must first understand it. That means looking beyond headlines and popular opinion to explore the science, ethics, economics, and realities behind conservation and animal welfare.
Tell Stories
Stories have the power to challenge assumptions, connect people, and bring overlooked issues into the light. We seek out the voices, experiences, and perspectives that deserve to be heard—even when the conversations are uncomfortable.
Help People Heal
Not all wounds are visible, and not all trauma is recognised. We want to shine a light on the people and experiences that are too often forgotten, exploring the importance of compassion, connection, and access to meaningful support.
These pillars are not separate paths. They intersect in countless ways, reminding us that our relationship with nature, our understanding of one another, and our capacity for compassion are deeply connected.
We don’t claim to have all the answers. We believe in asking better questions, listening without rushing to judgement, and remaining open to what we might learn.
Because change begins with curiosity. It grows through compassion. And it becomes possible when we are brave enough to have the conversations that matter.
